The ‘Girlfringe Magazine Mail Club’ is a monthly subscription product, designed for all the nostalgic & creative peeps out there! Every month, you'll receive a brand new magazine volume alongside exclusive goodies you won't be able to get anywhere else!
WHAT'S INSIDE?
📕 The newest volume of Girlfringe Magazine sent to you before its official release, including its back pocket filled with exclusive stationery goodies.
🎨 An exclusive A5 Sticker Sheet made especially for that month's theme!
🎀 An exclusive small Crafty Gift designed or made by me! Every month I'll be making a different little something, so this part will be a surprise!
HOW DOES THE CLUB WORK?
The Mail Club follows a 1st → 1st monthly schedule. On the 1st of every month, the next month's Mail Club opens and the current month's Club closes. Every month the subscription is renewed on the same exact date you entered the club. This gives you a full month to order each Mail Club, with the following schedule:
★ 1 November - 15 November → December Mail Club
★ 1 December - 30 December → January Mail Club
★ 1 January - 31 January → February Mail Club
★ 1 February - 28 February → March Mail Club
and so on.
📬 SHIPPING
Mail Club envelopes are prepared and sent in two batches: 1st and 15st of the month. Romanian orders are sent via courier, while international orders are sent through the post office. I've adjusted the subscription price accordingly so that the product + shipping total reflects the actual cost of your monthly package. There are no extra postage fees after checkout.
SHIPPING DELIVERY ISSUES
If your parcel hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, please email me at hellogirlfringe@gmail.com so we can look into the situation together! Please note that, during the upcoming busy months, international orders may take up to 20 days to arrive due to increased postal volumes and potential delivery delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each Mail Club envelope is thoughtfully put together with exclusive, limited-edition handmade items. Because of the nature of the club, I cannot recreate an order once it has been shipped.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct and keep an eye on your tracking notifications so you can receive your envelope.
If your parcel is returned to me because it wasn't collected due to circumstances on the recipient's side, I cannot guarantee a full refund or a replacement of the entire Mail Club package. The only replacement I am able to offer is the individual magazine, excluding the additional print and gift. In this case, the recipient will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of a new delivery.

This product is a monthly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you’ve joined the club. You can join during the subscription window and cancel before the next renewal if you don't want to continue.
Club spots may become limited depending on how many envelopes I can lovingly make and pack myself!
